We are so grateful for Bright Horizons! Our daughter is thriving here. The faculty and staff are wonderful, supportive and brilliant. The community is one of inclusion and appreciation of diversity-- the world I want our wee one raised to celebrate. In addition, their hours and schedule actually make sense for *working* families-- which makes them stand out quite dramatically from other preschool options. We could not be happier and recommend Bright Horizons to anyone seeking exceptional care and education for their preschool aged children.

it's what you should expect from a commercial private entity. The pro is lots of physical resource like toys, play structures and pets etc. The con is lack of individual attention due to high student-teacher ratio. Little personal touch or connection. If you ask for extra attention because your kids is new, is young or needs some work on typical preschooler's bad behavior, forget it. My kid is autistic and get kicked out within 3 weeks because i cannot find a shadowing service in 15 days as they demanded. If a school ask some kid to quit they're usually give a month as grace period. Not Bright Horizons Family Center. They are very efficient to maximize the profit margin. While complaining to other parents I heard that some kid got hyperthermia due to lack of attention. I should have known better.
