We are so fortunate to live in Olde Carlsbad only a bike ride away from this great Old California school. Principal Howard is very proactive and willing to try new things to get & keep students, teachers and parents involved in the school. The grounds were built when land near the coast was plentiful and there was plenty of space to spread out over a nice campus. We have attended 3 different pre/elementary schools from West LA, to North OC to South Park SD and this is the best one so far! SoCal suburbia has its advantages when it comes to schools...& the beach/Village is less than a mile away!
