It was great from k-3rd until 4th grade (2009). I got a teacher named Mr. Rogers and that started to go downhill. Me and some other students were extremely terrified by this teacher. I made one tiny mistake and he yelled at me. He would also say and I quote, "I can make you cry." When I told my parents about him, they immediately switched me to Schweitzer elementary school. I only lasted in Mr Rogers class until it was almost October. Overall, I would recommend the school if Mr Rogers wasn't working there anymore. If he is there, I highly recommend Schweitzer elementary school.

It's a good school. They recently expanded their school grounds, and keep their grounds clean.

Our experience was extremely negative: Between 2001 and 2007 my daughter was bullied, neglected, assaulted by a teacher, Robert Brown, humiliated frequently by another teacher, Cerri Chaves, and we were ostracized by the school and Magnolia School District. Why?... I believe their mistreatment was based on a laundry list of third party accusations reported to them and other members of the community by the absent father of my child, and had nothing to do with any observations of us as a parent and a student. I had sole physical and legal custody of my daughter, the father had a restraining order on him, he had no parental rights, and we had no contact with him, but the school evidently did, which we were not privy to at the time. He was a Santa Ana police officer, who accepted early retirement as a plea out to evade domestic violence charges, and was evidently using the school and other sources as a vehicle to retaliate. Regardless of my many attempts to communicate with the school and the district, I was consistently ignored until I was forced to write the State and Federal Departments of Education, which finally resulted in reprimands of the principal and a teacher. Unfortunately that didn't happen until my daughter graduated from that school and there was no change in the mistreatment against her while she was in attendance. I sent letters to the Board of trustees and the director of special education, which were NEVER responded to. I am an Anaheim homeowner and voter, who supports the district through property taxes and wishes to be heard and communicated with. My hope is that the school and district implement more professional behavior when confronted with defamation issues and that ALL children would be permitted to exercise their rights to a happy and safe school experience without ridicule, shame, and exacerbation by school employees. My experience this year with Mr Brown has been wonderful as well its been really fun and funny.

I went to this school in 6th grade and I loved it there a field trip to Soak City for 6th grader
