Our goal is to provide a loving and stimulating environment which encourages a child to grow intellectually, to interact appropriately with peers and adults, and to exhibit respect for himself and others.
Caring and Professional People! I began taking my grandchildren here about a year ago. As any parent is, I was concerned that the facility was safe and the staff would take good card of my grandchildren. All that concern was put to rest after just a couple months. I absolutely adore the staff at ELCA Preschools. My grandchildren always look forward to being there and have so much to share on their ride home. It feels good being able to drop off my grandchildren at a child care facility and not have to worry at all about them.
Watching my child grow into a smart independent little girl here are ELCA has been an incredible journey. My daughter has come so far from when she started here at ELCA Preschool. When my husband and I first brought our little girl here she was very shy. She would only like to be around those that she knew. From her very first day of preschool the staff and teachers made her feel welcomed and loved. They helped her grow into a smart, independent, confident little girl. She learned so much. These teachers really gave her the tools and skills she needs to begin kindergarten. My daughter looks forward every day to go to school now. She loves learning and making new friends where every she goes. My husband and I love this preschool. From the moment we walked in to take a tour of the amazing facility we knew that this is where we wanted our daughter to attend. The facility it's self is amazing. One of the most important things that I love most especially has a parent is that you need a fob key to get in. Safety for my daughter was a big issue this made my husband and I feel confident that our daughter would be safe. I could continue on about all the amazing things that the preschool has to offer, but I won't. The only thing that I could say is go and check out ELCA for yourself because you truly won't be disappointed.
I have been taking my three year old boy to ELCA Preschool for seven months now and I have to say, I am very happy with how content my son is there. For the first few days he was reluctant, as I expected, but now he looks forward to going to "school". He seems to really enjoy it because its what he talks about. The facility is clean and the administration is organized. The teachers are friendly and caring. I am completely pleased with the staff at ELCA.
Can't be happier with Early Learners Children's Academy. All the teachers are wonderful and always keep the children busy and LEARNING! My son is now potty trained and doesn't stop talking about his teacher! Thanks ELCA!
This review is long over due. Prior to finding this school my husband and I had visited about a handful of schools nearby in the area and as soon as I came in and met with Celia I immediately felt comfortable for my child to attend at this school. The director Maisie is also very helpful with any questions you have and communicates well with us. This was my daughters first school. She attended here when she was 18 months and in the beginning it was rough for both her and I since she had been at home with me all that time. But the teachers there were so nice, patient, understanding, and really helped my daughter get accustomed to her new environment. I love how you need a fob key to get in and the communication between the teachers and the parents are really good as well. Anytime I had a question they would always be quick to respond without hesitation. They listened to any of my concerns and really took care of my daughter like she was their own. The only reason she isn't there anymore is because we moved out of state. I currently have my daughter's enrolled in a new school where we live now, but I honestly don't feel as confident as I did when I choose this school. It is really hard making a decision to leave your children in the care of other people, because the not knowing really scares me. However, I never not once felt like my daughter was being mistreated. And she never made us feel like she was either. She learned a lot while she was there so the curriculum does work and help develop them to where they retain the information. (I have yet to that at the current school she is going to, still looking for another school). She quickly made friends and it was sad for us to have to take her out. I wish it was this easy to find a school for my daughters like it was with this one. And as little as she was she still remembers this school and misses her friends that she made there.
