Always answer my questions and address my concerns right away. The teachers are very communicative and aware of my child’s needs

I was disappointed after talking with the assistant director Anne. My oldest daughter had attended this center back in 2018 we never had any issues however I called today to request information for my two year old daughter. The assistant director only gave pricing information and told me there was no space in the classroom. She didn't ask me for any of my information and sounded like she was too busy to attend my call. I was disappointed with the quality of service.

Looking around (on yelp and google) to see where i can take my 17 month old baby but did not realize that this place would be too far from where we live. Nonetheless, my phone inquiry with a girl named Ms. Anne went smooth and sweet. She was very fun to talk to and answered my questions thoroughly. She even went the extra mile to recommend their sister school in Rancho Cucamonga to see if that location would be a little closer to us. My husband and I have different work schedules and we need something closer to us. I was impressed with the way the virtual tour flowed and their safety procedures. They have a monitor that is connected to the door and if you are not fingerprinted, you would not be able to get in. She showed me the plastic barriers that they have to make sure that they social distance the children and everyone in the center was wearing masks. The curriculum that they offer seems inviting and packed with different learning cues which i loved. I’m sad that we are too far but we will work out our schedules to see if we can enroll our child in the future. But in the meantime we would recommend this place to our friends who are so much closer to Fontana.

I just hung up with one of the staff members and she was not helpful at all. I had to pull information out of her. Customer Service and professionalism is all about you going above and beyond, giving me the information that I need to make a sound decision. With and without me asking the right questions. I'm sorry, but I shouldn't have to pull information out of you for you to tell me what all I need to do to enroll my son. I am pretty sure when someone calls you tell them exactly what they need to know, how to set up a tour, when is your availability, etc.. You mean to tell me this whole week is already booked? You mean to tell me you can't go over next steps with me? I am happy everyone else was able to get the information they needed to enroll there children. I won't force you to help me. If we're not accepted that's cool. We'll take our money somewhere else.

I called to get information to enroll my child the assistant director was unprofessional. I don’t understand how someone can work there when they don’t know about the programs. This is not my first time calling for information about two weeks ago I called and got the same answers from her. She is all over the place. Sorry but would not enroll my child in this daycare!!
