Learning Experience, The

Our daughter started the day they opened and has been there for over 2 years. They are an extension of our family at this point and we couldn't be happier! The quality of teachers and dedication to the kids' learning experience has been absolute perfection. I am so well-informed about our daughter's day-to-day activities with their use of the app, emails, phone calls, and in person interaction with the staff. I feel like I'm with her all day. TLE Oceanside will NOT disappoint!!

I had been taking my son here since last year and it has been okay or so I thought. Little did I know that my sons teacher is inadequate to care for my son safely. So many occurring of events have happened where my son was hurt under her watch and she lacked to properly care for his safety and watch over my son who always ends up gettin hurt under her care. I noticed alot of issues that arised. From how Nicole and Tanya would handle my son. Nicole at times acted very mean in spirt and rude even and disrespectful manner towards me n my son which I felt her vibes were off and felt bad vibes towards how she interacted with me n my son. I didn't think anything of it. But now that I can recall back I remember in the beginning where Nicole is taking my sons temperature and her stern voice sounder mean irritated my son would start not wanting to come to daycare and he would cry all the time before I left and didn't want me to leave him he would say before coming in he says I'm scared of teachers. This I wondered why? 🤔 my son got so many cuts and bruises in the face and head alone this year unexplained and or they just blame that's its all my kids fault they don't own up to their responsibility or part in the unsafe way they handle or care for children in this facility. Nor does the owner respect or care for parents and families and their children. The owner instead of apologizing to me n my son for theses problems and fixing the issue at hand which is to fire that teacher or hire more help. Their excuse for not feeding my son or children In their care is bcuz licensing makes them have to throw away food after 1 hr of it being out thr fridge. Ok so they are saying they get paid to a watch all these kids all day 6 to 8 hrs and all they eat is some snacks from there and from their parents who have to bring food for the kids cuz the food there no child will eat. Then the kids are starved hungry and grumpy all day they won't n dont and will not listen to these different adults caring for them. My son also speaks to me and tells me he doesn't like that daycare teachers are mean to him and ms.tanya is mean and hurts him.m I And to top it off the owner just disenrolls us and does not give me 2 weeks notice which is required with a mutual signed contract. Thus facility is unprofessional and inadequate to care for children period. And the owner and director and some employers should not be caring for these children especially when all they care about is making money. She won't even refuregistration money wow don't take your ks here!!

We absolutely love this school! We love the curriculum, the teachers and staff, and the owners who treat us like family! My daughter started when they opened and she loves her teacher, class friends and all the fun art and learning! We highly recommend the school and give it high remarks whenever people ask about our daycare provider. Awesome play area inside and out, splash pad outside, monthly curriculum books that come home so we can see her progress, quarterly themed activities like yoga, soccer and dance, and an interactive giant screen computer that my daughter enjoys. Overall a really great experience here!

We have been going to TLE since August of last year. Our daughter loves it there! We especially like the safety features (2-point key fob entrance, password pickup for people other than parents) and the communication (they have an app that lets us know throughout the day when/what/how much our daughter eats, toileting, and sleeping. We even get pictures.

My three year old really enjoyed the summer camp. They brought in some fun performers and had lots of activities for the kids. They have a splash pad for weekly water play and a super cool indoor playground too.
