TUTOR TIME CHILD CARE/LEARNING CENTER

Tutor Time in Walnut is a fantastic child care/learning center. My daughter is safe and incredibly happy there. The staff goes out of their way to make their center feel like a second home. It truly is a family environment. My daughter has attended the school for over 4 years. I thought the transition from home care to a "child care center" was going to be a difficult one. It was not. The staff didn't mind my constant phone calls or pop-ins. Many of the staff are seasoned employees who have children themselves. They encourage creative and imaginative play. They have a stimulating curriculum that includes reading sessions, group and individual projects, physical activity and quiet time. Tutor Time Walnut has a well-thought-out curriculum that stimulates a child's development and makes daily life more fun. Their curriculum has prepared my daughter for her transition from preschool to Kindergarten. I love Tutor Time Walnut and highly recommend parents to go and get a tour. You will not be disappointed. Their staff and directors are incredible.

So to start I was a transfer from another tutor time that I had a bad experience with but the director listened to me here and made sure I was accommodated. Normally when a child is in daycare they keep a folder with pictures and development, things like that. On my baby's last day here they has NOTHING for me. I spoke to Mrs. Toni about it and she stated it would be mailed. I have yet to receive anything. I'm disappointed. Very disappointed. I must say the infant teachers here are amazing. They are genuine and care. As for the front desk there is a lack of organization and the "supervisors" don't even know where the staff keeps items such as documents. I will NEVER go to another tutor time again. As a parent you would waste your money at any tutor time establishment.

The best choice to made sending our son to preschool as well as pre-k at Tutor Time Walnut. Friendly staffs; always nice and patience teachers; safe, wonderful and clean surroundings.

I had toured quite a bit of day cares and Tutor Time in Walnut was by far the better day care center. My son transitioned well and it seemed all the teachers know him by name and are very friendly. The teacher and children ratio is great, tutor time does not seem to purposely make the teachers get stretched out. All staff are caring and fun to chit-chat with when there is time. I also like that they always have a schedule of what they will be teaching the children and they listen to each individual family's needs. I see that they do try and cater to each individual child's needs. From infant class (he did a one day free trial and he slept soundly and I thought he would be scared), to toddler class (his current class), and now to primary class (currently transitioning), my son has experienced all 3 classes and hasn't been scared once in any class. Also they are a clean establishment, when one child was infected with HFM they bleached and cleaned the entire school immediately to prevent an outbreak, and they were the only center that i've visited that connected the parents with an app to see daily activities and take photos daily to show us our child(ren) enjoying class activities, participation, meals, and potty status. I highly recommend tutor time in walnut.
